(“Grober”), a respected leader in young animal nutrition based in Cambridge, Ontario, from Gay Lea Foods Co-operative Limited (“Gay Lea Foods”). The transaction officially closed on June 30, 2025. Grober will continue to operate as an independent company within the CGW network, maintaining its focus on high-quality milk replacer products and innovative neo natal nutrition solutions.
